社区养老背景下的老旧小区改造对策研究 被引量:9

摘要 近年来人口老龄化趋势加剧,老旧小区中高龄人口比重不断加大,逐渐演变成老年住区.社区养老是为了把家庭养老和机构养老的最佳结合点集中在社区,让老人住在自己家里,在继续得到家人照顾的同时,由社区的有关服务机构和人士为老人提供上门服务或托老服务.在社会老龄化加速与社会养老资源严重不足的矛盾下,社区养老以其独特的优势迅速发展起来.但老旧小区养老资源供给无法满足实际需求,因此急需对老旧小区进行社区养老方向的改造.通过对老旧小区养老现状的分析,以满足老年人生活需求为主要目标,从环境整治、设施配套、综合管理等方面给出了相应的改造建议. In recent years,the trend of aging population has been increasing in old residential areas.Community endowment focuses on the best combination of family care and institution endowment in the community.The relevant agencies and community provide the elderly with the door-to-door service or the daycare service.Under the contradiction between the accelerated aging in the community and the serious shortage of social endowment resources,community endowment has developed rapidly with its unique advantages.However,the endowment resources supply in old residential areas can not meet the needs.Therefore,the reform of old residential areas to the direction of community pension is urgently needed.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of pension of old residential areas,some corresponding recommendations are proposed from environmental remediation,facilities matching and integrated management etc.as a goal to meet the living needs of the elderly.
