摘要
针对近年来住宅建筑绿色性运行水平低、资源浪费严重等问题,提出1套适用于住宅建筑绿色度综合评价的方法体系,对发展绿色住宅建筑具有重要意义.通过对影响住宅建筑绿色度在运行评价阶段的各项指标进行归纳分析,采用层次分析法对影响绿色度的各项指标进行层次划分并确定权重,之后在专家打分的基础上,构建关于绿色度的模糊综合评价模型,并通过实例分析验证了该模型的可行性.
In recent years,the construction of residential buildings has been faced with such problems as low green operating levels and serious waste of resources.To solve these problems,a set of methods and systems are proposed to evaluate the green degree of residential buildings.The development of green residential construction has important significance.In the operation evaluation stage,the indicators of the green degree of residential building are summarized and analyzed.The indexes of green degree are divided,and the weight is determined by AHP.Then,based on the expert scoring,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of green degree is established,and the feasibility of the model is proved by case study.
