市区公路客运站综合利用发展模式探讨

Study on the comprehensive utilization of coach terminals

随着长距离航空、铁路及短距离公交、小汽车等交通方式快速发展,公路客运增速缓慢甚至萎缩,部分场站运能过剩.同时,伴随城市拓展,部分公路客运站所在区域由城郊发展为重要的城市中心,单一公路客运站功能也正向综合客运枢纽转变,原有的大尺度、平面布局模式已经难以适应枢纽本身及城市空间的发展需要.借鉴相关案例经验,在集约化用地和枢纽交通环境改善的双动力驱使下,探讨一种与客运发展新形势相适应的、以人为本的公路客运站综合利用模式,并结合青岛汽车东站由单一公路客运站升级为城市交通综合体的案例加以阐述,可为国内城市公路客运枢纽的新建或改造提供参考.

To the rapid development of civil aviation,railway transportation,public transport and private cars,the growth rate of highway passenger transport is slow and even shrinking,and some coach terminals have excess capacity.At the same time,along with urban space expanding,parts of coach terminals are playing a role of integrated hub.The areas are developing from suburbs to urban centers.The original large scale and planar layout mode of the coach terminals find hard to keep pace with the development of hub and urban space.This paper takes lessons from relevant cases,improves hub environment,and discusses the comprehensive utilization mode of the coach terminals to adapt to the new situation of integrated hub development.It introduces the case of the upgrading of Qingdao east station,and provides a reference for the new construction or renovation of the domestic coach terminals.
