摘要 提出1种新的横向耦合独立旋转车轮结构,以摩擦副代替齿轮副同步左右车轮的转速以获得纵向蠕滑率。建立摩擦耦合独立旋转车轮(friction coupling bogie with independently rotating wheels,FCIRW)转向架车辆、独立旋转车轮(independently rotating wheels,IRW)转向架车辆的动力学模型,分析比较2种车辆高速通过大半径曲线的导向和自动复位性能。计算结果表明,FCIRW在直线上具有足够的轮轨纵向蠕滑力辅助复位,临界速度高达400km/h。 Anew lateral couplingstructureof independentlyrotatingwheels isproposed,and longitudinal creepage isobtainedby replacing the gear pair with the friction pair to synchronize the rotation speed of lett and righcles with two different kinds of bogies are developed, including friction coupling bogie with independently rotating wheels(FCIRW) and independently rotating wheels (IRW) bogie,and their guiding and resetting capabilities when dius curves are compared and analyzed. Results show that FCIRW has sufficient wheel-rail longitudireset on the straight track,its critical speed is up to 400 km/h.
