地位不一致性与相对剥夺感——对西部某市高校青年教师的调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于一手调查数据,对我国西部高校青年教师可能存在的地位不一致性与相对剥夺感问题进行实证分析。主观评估与卡方分析结果表明,该群体确有地位不一致性与相对剥夺感,且前者对后者具有正相关影响;二元logistic回归分析进一步表明,影响该群体横向相对剥夺感的显著因素有户籍、政治面貌、收入水平、与上级人际关系以及基于地位不一致性产生的交互影响因素;影响纵向相对剥夺感的主要因素则主要来自职称与个人能力。上述结论反映出我国高校在青年教师收入分配、职称评聘、行政化管理等方面的问题,应在今后的高校体制改革过程中予以重视。 Based on the first-hand data,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the possible status inconsistency and relative deprivation of young college teachers in Western China. The subjective evaluation and chisquare analysis results show that it is not consistent with the position of the group relative deprivation,and the former has positive correlation on the latter; Binary logistic regression analysis further shows that significant factors affecting the group's horizontal relative deprivation are household registration,political appearance,income level,interpersonal relationship with superiors and interaction factors based on status inconsistency. The main factors that affect the vertical relative deprivation mainly come from professional titles and personal abilities. The above conclusions reflect the problems of young teachers' income distribution,professional title evaluation,and administrative management in colleges and universities,which should be emphasized in the process of university system reform in the future.
