摘要
世界研究生教育发展经历了教师内发式、学院式、专业式和融合式四种发展方式。在研究生教育四种发展方式的发展转型中,呈现出资源配置主体渐趋多元、投入要素不断增多、价值取向因势而变、驱动类型由内至外、培养规模不断扩大、制度体系不断完善的发展轨迹。
Postgraduate education development mode of the world has experienced four kinds of development mode: teachers-based endogenous mode,academic mode,professional mode and fusion mode. In the transformation of four kinds modes to postgraduate education,the trajectory is presented as follows: the main body of resource allocation multiplies gradually; the input factors continue to grow rapidly; the value orientation changes with situation; the driver type turns from outside into inside; training scale continues to expand; the institution system has been improved constantly.
