大数据时代发展“枫桥经验”的探索

On the development of “Fengqiao experience” in the big data era

"枫桥经验"蕴含着网格化管理、人民调解制度、社区矫正等诸多良好借鉴,是被实践证明了的社会治安综合治理典范。在大数据浪潮的推动之下,传统的社会治安综合治理模式逐渐暴露出信息滞后、手段单一、管理分割等缺陷,严重阻碍了社会治安综合治理的健康发展。因此,借助大数据创新警务模式,深化风险预防机制,构筑群防群治的组织网络,有利于推进综治法治化的进程,并赋予"枫桥经验"新的历史意义。

＂Fengqiao experience＂has been proven in practice as a model of comprehensive social security management,containing grid management,people＇s mediation system,community correction,and many other good merits.However,pushed by the growing usage of big data,comprehensive treatment—the traditional way of maintaining social order,has gradually exposed its drawbacks,including delay of information,monotonous means and division of management.These exposed disadvantages have grievously impeded the sustainable maintenance of social order.Therefore,the innovation of the policing model with the help of big data,improvement of the risk prevention mechanism and construction of the organizational network of mass prevention and treatment can help accelerate the legalization of comprehensive management and endow ＂Fengqiao experience＂with a new historical significance.
