老年人数字鸿沟是指老年人与年轻一代人在信息获取与使用上存在的差距,以及老年人在使用数字资源参与公共生活方面同年轻人之间的差别现象。数字鸿沟与社会融合在一定程度上相互影响。老年人数字鸿沟主要是受适老化信息技术发展欠缺、网络媒体内容忽视老年人、老年人个体特征限制等因素影响。依据个人—情境拟合理论分析,通过线上技术支持和线下社会支持来减少数字鸿沟,达到数字和社会融合,形成互联网环境下老年人社会融合作用机制。

The digital divide of the elderly is the difference between the elder and the younger generations in the possession of information,the existence of the gap,and the difference between the elderly and the people who use digital resources to participate in public life.The digital divide and social integration interact to some extent.The digital divide of the elderly is mainly due to the lack of elder-friendly technology,network media content ignoring the elderly,the elderly individual characteristics and other factors.Based on the person-context fit framework,online technical support and offline social support are provided to reduce the digital divide and achieve social digital integration,which forms the mechanism of social integration for the elderly.
