壮药蛭血通肠溶胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风病的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine Zhixuetong enteric-coated capsule for apoplexy due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的探讨壮药蛭血通肠溶胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择气虚血瘀症中风病患者130例,随机分为研究组64例、对照组66例。研究组、对照组分别给予蛭血通肠溶胶囊、银丹心脑通软胶囊口服治疗,疗程均为2个月。比较两组的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组和对照组的中医证候总有效率分别为78.1%(50/64)和71.2%(47/66),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组下肢不遂、口舌歪斜、言语蹇涩或不语、肢体麻木、气短乏力积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组改良Rankin量表及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均较前降低(P<0.05),研究组的血脂水平均较前改善(P<0.05),对照组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平较前改善(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显的不良反应。结论壮药蛭血通肠溶胶囊治疗中风病气虚血瘀症临床疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine Zhixuetong enteric-coated capsule for apoplexy due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods A total of 130 patients with apoplexy due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 64 cases in each group. The study group and the control group were orally administered Zhuang medicine Zhixuetong enteric-coated capsule and Yindan Xinnaotong capsule respectively. The treatment lasted for two months. The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the study group and the control group were 78. 1%（ 50/64） and 71. 2%（ 47/66） respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of paraplegia,mouth and togue deviation,sluggish speech or aphasia,limbs numbness,shortness of breath and fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the scores of modified Rankin Scale and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups were lower than the scores before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the blood lipid levels were improved in the study group（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels of TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were improved in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Zhuang medicine Zhixuetong enteric-coated capsule can achieve a good efficacy and safety for apoplexy due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
