大学新闻舆论的三维治理框架:媒介融合的视角

Three Dimensional Governance Framework of University News Public Opinion from the Perspective of Media Convergence

大学新闻舆论治理的目的是帮助大学有效规避舆论风险,营造良好的发展环境。基于范式转换的媒介融合理论,以"实践-制度-和谐场域"的社会结构观为基本视角来考察大学新闻舆论的治理问题,形成大学新闻舆论实践规制、制度建设以及构建和谐舆论场的三维治理框架。这个三维治理框架构建了大学新闻舆论治理的理论逻辑和实践基础。在三维治理框架中,实践规制是治理策略,制度建设形成保障机制,构建和谐舆论场是治理目标,三者之间密切关联。大学新闻舆论治理要超越一维思维模式,从三维治理框架着手,系统性、全方位地破解治理难题。

The purpose of public opinion governance in university is to help universities effectively avoid the risk of public opinion and create a favorable environment of development. Based on the media convergence theory of paradigm shift,the social structure view of ＂practice-system-harmonious field＂was taken as the basic view to investigate the problem of university news public opinion governance,and a three-dimensional governance framework was established,including the practice regulation,system construction and construction of harmonious public opinion field. This three-dimensional framework constructs the theoretical and practical basis of university news public opinion governance. In the three-dimensional governance framework,the practice regulation is the governance strategy,the system construction forms the guarantee mechanism,and the construction of the harmonious public opinion field is the target,so the three are closely related. The university news public opinion governance must go beyond the thinking mode of the single dimension,namely,from the three-dimensional governance framework,to find the correct path for solving the governance problem systematically and comprehensively.
