摘要
本文就样品制备对用放射免疫分析(RIA)测定人血浆纤维结合蛋白(PFN)浓度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:用3.8%柠檬酸钠和10%EDTA制备的血浆PFN浓度无显著差异;血清的PFN浓度比血浆低约30%;经过冻融的PFN浓度下降约30%;溶血对PFN浓度测定无影响。
The paper studied influence of samole preparation on determination of plasma fibronectin (PFN) with radioimmunoassay. The result showed nosignificant difference between PFN concentration with 3.8% trisodiumcitrateand 10% EDTA. PFN concentration of serum was about 30% lower than thatof p1asma. PFN concentration decreased about 30% after freezing. Haemolysisshowed no affect on the determination.
