高节能型可调导向自动回转热风干燥诱导装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 热风干燥在木材加工中是保障木材干燥质量又是能量消耗最多的一道工序,对于提升干燥质量、降低干燥成本和生产能耗,节省有限的能源资源等方面有着重要意义。目前常规的木材干燥烘房或多或少地存在能耗高、木材干燥不均、易变形、开裂和翘曲等问题。创新的高节能型可调导向自动回转热风干燥诱导装置可使物料干燥更均匀,节省烘房耗电量60%以上,干燥周期平均缩短2天,可达到节能降耗、提高物料干燥质量、改善木材加工性能和降低生产成本的目的。同时,该技术还可应用于热风干燥节能技术领域的各类烘房、烘道的新建和改造项目中,适用范围较广。 Hot air drying is one of the processes for wood drying quality and consumes much energy, whose importance includes improving drying quality, reducing drying cost and producing energy consumption, saving limited energy resources. Current traditional wood drying room has some problems, such high energy consumption, uneven wood drying, wood deformation, wood cracking and wood warping. Innovative high energy saving type adjustable direction automatic rotation hot air drying induction device can make wood more even, save 60% of drying room electric consumption, reduce 2 days average drying cycle to achieve producing energy, cost saving and consumption reducing and improve drying quality and wood processability. Meanwhile this technology can be applied in all kinds of newly-built and renovation hot air drying room, tunnel projects, which has a wide range of applications.
