摘要
党的十九大报告的乡村振兴战略描绘了农村发展新蓝图。环保岗位管理是人力资源管理的重要内容,为保护和改善环境,防治污染和其他公害,保障公众健康,推进生态文明建设,促进经济社会可持续发展,要结合各乡镇实际,加强人力资源管理,对乡镇各部门、各村(居)环保监管职责进行具体明确。
Rural revitalization strategy from Chinese Communist PartyJs 19th conference report depicts a new blueprint for rural area development. Position management is an important issue of HR management. To protect and improve environment, prevent pollution and other hazard, to protect public health, to promote ecosystem and civilization construction, to promote sustainable economy development, the author suggests that combing with all counties, strengthening HR management and defining environment protection regulatory responsibility for all departments and villages.
