福建省老年人骨密度与体质现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用超声骨密度仪对366名60~69岁老年人进行骨密度测试,同时也对他们进行相关形态指标测试,了解老年人骨密度现状和老年人骨密度与体质相关性,研究发现:60~69岁年龄组女性老年人骨质疏松率和骨量偏低率明显大于同年龄组男性老年人;骨密度值与体质水平呈正相关。适当的增加体育锻炼,养成健康的生活方式,对提高骨密度水平有一定的作用。 The bone mineral density( BMD) test was performed on 366 aged 60-69 years olds by ultrasound bone densitometer. The bone mineral density( BMD) status of the aged and the bone mineral density( BMD) in the elderly were analyzed. The results showed that: The age of osteoporosis and bone mass in the aged 60-69 age group was significantly higher than that in the same age group. The bone mineral density was positively correlated with the physical fitness level. Appropriate increase in physical exercise,develop a healthy lifestyle,to improve the level of bone density have a certain effect.
