摘要
目的:采用表象训练方法对篮球初学者动作预期进行训练,揭示视觉预期的内在变化规律。方法:选取篮球初学者40人,采用视频片段技术判断任务探讨表象训练对篮球初学者视觉预期的影响。结论:实验组在训练后预判时间减少,准确度提高,且搜索效率更高,而对照组并没有表现出显著性差异;表象训练可通过在脑中建立最优化的加工策略来提升预判的准确率。意义:在对篮球初学者进行教学时,可以加入表象训练来提升篮球初学者的预判水平。
Objective: To use the method of image training to predict the movement of basketball beginners,and to reveal the inherent changes of visual expectation. Methods: 40 basketball beginners were selected,and the video clip technique was used to judge the influence of the representation training on the visual expectation of basketball beginners. Conclusion: In the experimental group,the time of prediction is reduced and the accuracy is improved,and the search efficiency is higher,and the control group does not show significant difference. The imaging training can improve the prediction by establishing the optimal processing strategy in the brain The accuracy rate. Meaning:in the basketball beginners to teach,you can join the appearance of training to improve the level of pre-school basketball beginners.
