摘要
针对循环冷却水系统普遍采用的氧化型杀菌剂、非氧化型杀菌剂,在循环水中对碳钢材质、黄铜材质的腐蚀情况进行研究。试验结果表明,循环水中余氯量与余氯维持时间对黄铜、碳钢腐蚀率影响较大,几种非氧化型杀菌剂对碳钢、黄铜腐蚀也提供了试验数据。
Corrosion of the universally adopted oxidation type and non-oxidizing type bactericides in the cyclic cooling water on the carbon steel and brass material was studied. The experiment result showed that the residual chlorine and its maintenance time could influent significantly corrosion rate of the brass and the carbon steel. Corrosion test data of several non-oxidizing type bactericides on the carbon steel and brass was also provided.
