乳聚丁苯橡胶凝聚剂的优化试验

摘要 将水处理行业近年来采用的高效絮凝剂应用到乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502凝聚工艺中。通过选取CH-1、CA-2、PW-1、PW-2四种阳离子型有机高分子絮凝剂进行丁苯胶乳小凝聚试验,考察了凝聚效果、凝聚废水COD等指标,优选出两种凝聚剂CH-1、CA-2进行放大凝聚试验,考察了橡胶产品物性及凝聚废水COD等指标,选定CA-2为新型高效环保凝聚剂;采用CA-2替代现用凝聚剂CA进行了工业试生产,减少了凝聚剂用量,降低了丁苯凝聚排放废水的COD。 The high efficient flocculants used in water treatment industry in recent years were applied to the SBR1502 emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber condensation process. Selecting CH-1,CA-2,PW-1,PW-2 four kinds of cationic organic polymer as flocculants for condensation test of the butadiene styrene latex,the condensation effect and COD of the waste water from the condensation were studied,CH-1 and CA-2 two kinds of flocculants were selected to use in the amplification condensation test. The rubber product property and COD of the waste water from the amplification condensation were studied; CA-2 was selected as the new type high efficient and environment protective flocculant. The industrial trial production of the butadiene styrene rubber was made by CA-2 replacing current used CA. The flocculant amount and the COD of waste water discharged from the butadiene styrene rubber condensation were reduced.
