摘要
通过对80 000 m^3/h制氢装置第二生产周期在天然气和吸附废气混合进料的工况进行标定,对装置在满负荷工况下的运行参数和能耗进行分析,研究了催化剂的性能和运行情况,测算了装置的经济效益。结果表明,装置具备产氢80 000 m^3/h的能力,适应混合原料制氢的工况,催化剂运行性能良好,能耗、动力费用低于设计值,装置可维持长周期运行。
Working condition calibration of the combined natural gas and adsorbed exhaust gas feedstock in the second production period of the 80 000 m^3/h hydrogen production unit was made. Running parameter and energy consumption of the unit under the full load were analyzed; property and running situation of the catalyst were studied; economic benefit of the unit was tested and calculated. The results showed that 80 000 m^3/h hydrogen production capacity was possessed by the unit. The combined feedstock working condition was suitable; running property of the catalyst was good; energy consumption and power cost were below than the design value; long term operation of the unit could be kept.
