LQSR节能型硫磺回收尾气处理技术在70 kt/a装置的工业应用

摘要 中国石化九江分公司硫磺回收装置采用LQSR高效节能硫磺回收尾气处理工艺包建设,一级转化器装填LS-971脱漏氧保护催化剂和LS-981G有机硫水解催化剂,二级转化器装填LS-02氧化铝基制硫催化剂,加氢反应器装填LSH-03低温耐氧高活性尾气加氢催化剂。工业应用结果表明:硫磺回收装置烟气SO2排放浓度维持在30~70mg/m^3,远低于小于200 mg/m^3的指标。 The sulfur recovery unit of the SINOPEC Jiujiang Branch Company was built by the high efficiency and energy saving type LQSR treatment technology process package. LS-971 leaked oxygen removal protective catalyst and LS-981 G organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst were loaded in the first stage converter; LS-02 alumina based sulfur making catalyst was loaded in the second stage converter; LSH-03 low temperature oxygen resistance and high activity tail gas hydrogenation catalyst was loaded in the hydrogenation reactor. The industrial application result showed that SO_2 exhaust gas discharge concentration of the sulfur recovery unit was maintain at the level of 30 ~ 70 mg/m^3,which was far below the index of 200 mg/m^3.
