摘要
催化裂化装置油浆密度大并含催化剂固体颗粒,使得分馏塔塔底双法兰液位计易结焦堵塞,导致液位计指示失灵。采用反吹蒸汽对液位计进行连续反吹,解决了引压管堵塞导致液位计失灵等生产问题,此技术适合各种差压式液位计大规模工业应用。
The high density of oil slurry containing the catalyst solids was treated on the catalytic cracking unit,which leaded to the easy coking and blockage on the double flange liquid level meter at the bottom of the fractionator and failure on the liquid level meter. The liquid level meter was continuously blowbacked by the blowback steam. Production problem of the failure of liquid level meter due to the blockage of the pressure pipe was solved,which was suitable for the largescale industrial application of various differential pressure type liquid level meters.
