燃煤热裂解产物色谱分析

摘要 利用实验室组装的高温炉反应器进行燃煤的热裂解模拟试验,采用气相色谱定量,气相色谱—质谱联用仪定性分析,确定各种产物的组成分布,建立了1套能够快速有效评价煤燃烧特性的评价手段和试验装置,对其他固体样品的热解产物分析同样适用。 Thermal cracking simulation experiment of the coal was made by high temperature furnace reactor assembled in the laboratory. Quality analysis on the coal thermal cracking products was made by gas chromatographic,and the qualitative analysis was made by gas chromatographic and mass spectrometry couplet technology. The component distribution of various products was determined,and a set of fast and effective evaluation method and experiment device on the coal was built,which was suitable for thermal cracking products analysis of the other solid sample.
