提高吊杆力识别精度的实用方法

摘要 以马家垄特大连续梁拱组合桥为工程背景,将频率法与千斤顶法相结合,提出了一种提高吊杆力识别精度的实用方法:标定试验法.在使用千斤顶初次张拉吊杆时,每根吊杆都采取分级张拉方式,使用索力动测仪测试千斤顶在不同级持荷状态下吊杆的基频,然后使这些基频与对应的吊杆力进行拟合,得到针对不同吊杆的两者之间的关系式,并运用到工程后续的二次张拉及吊杆力调整工作中.通过实际工程得出该方法的识别误差基本控制在5%之内,满足实际工程的需要,可广泛用于新建桥梁吊杆初张拉后吊杆力的测试工作中. With the Ma Jialong super major continuous beam-arch combination bridge as the engineering background,through the combination of frequency method and jack method,this paper proposes a practical method to improve the identification precision of suspender force-calibration test method. In the first process,each suspender is tensed in different grades by jack,and the instrument for measuring cable force is used to test the fundamental frequency of the suspender force under different states of the jack. Then the fundamental frequency and the corresponding boom strength are fitted to get their relationship which can be applied to the later successive adjustment work of the the suspender force. In this test,the identification error is no more than 5%,which satisfies the requirements of the actual projects and can be widely used for measuring the suspender force after the first tension of newly-built bridge.
