摘要
北京经济管理职业学院宝石专业在建设"教育部专业教学资源库"系列实践中探索建立起以"行企校三轴驱动"为核心的"13331"长效合作机制,有效实现了行企校三方同步驱动,共同塑造符合行业标准,培养满足企业岗位技能要求的高素质职业人,切实提升专业学生培养质量,促进宝石专业长足发展,为高职院校有效开展校企合作提供启迪与借鉴。
The Beijing Institute of Economic Management has been developed a mechanism in practice of the National Teaching Resource Data base, which is “13331” long-term cooperation mechanism with the driving force from industry, enterprise and college at the core in its Gemstone Specialty. It has been realized the goal of integration of the three parts of industry, college and enterprise at same time effectively, it also developed the industrial standard, raised the quality of college students in their vocational specialties, and met the needs of high-quality provincial talents ,and promote the development of Gemstone Specialty’s education in China ,finally it would provide some useful experiences and lessons for the enterprise -college cooperation at same time.
