酒店管理这门课程是高校旅游管理专业的核心课程之一,主要针对旅游管理专业的学生开设的,酒店管理这门专业课程的学习、课堂讲授的过程中存在着理论知识丰富、内容繁多、课堂教学仅仅局限在老师讲、学生听,枯燥乏味、学生听课兴趣不高、听课积极性不强等方面的问题,通过提出课堂教学的新理念、新的教学方法及模式,希望能提升旅游管理专业学生对酒店管理课程学习的积极性和创造性,以促进酒店管理课程教学水平的提升。

The course of hotel management is one of the core professional courses of the tourism management of colleges and universities .During the the process of lteaching this course,there are some ploblems in the practices, such as teachers toalking along,well students only lesion without two-way communication so make the classroom dry and dull, then make students have no interesting . The paper put forward a new concept of classroom teaching and a new teaching method and model hoping to improve tourism management students＇ learning enthusiasm of the hotel management curriculum and creativity, so as to promote the curriculum of hotel management teaching more effectively.
