摘要
由于化石燃料的全球性短缺和日益严重的环境问题,固定化脂肪酶在制备生物柴油中的应用研究已经成为一个热点。磁性纳米载体不仅具有纳米尺寸的特性,而且易于从反应体系中分离,在固定化酶领域引起了广泛关注。本文综述了国内外基于磁性纳米载体的固定化脂肪酶在生物柴油转化中的应用研究进展,并结合绿色高效生物催化过程的发展要求对新型磁性固定化脂肪酶的研究方向及发展前景提出了展望。
Due to limited energy reserves and the increasing environmental pressure, the application of immobilized lipase is becoming the hot topic in the field of biodiesel production.Among all types of nanoparticles, magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles have attracted a great deal of attention because of their high specific surface area, which can efficiently improve enzyme loading and be easily recycled using a magnetic field. This review covers recent advances in the recent developments of potential lipase immobilization based on magnetic nanoparticles and their application in biodiesel production. The outlook of lipase immobilization is also prospected.
