摘要
本文根据长庆气田瓜尔胶返排液的特点以及回收再利用中存在的问题,结合现场施工工艺开发了RXM-1离子处理剂。该处理剂能迅速与钙、镁等金属离子生成水溶性螯合物,消除金属离子对耐温耐剪切性能的影响,防止碱性环境出现沉淀造成储层伤害,并可以屏蔽残余的硼交联剂,防止基液返胶。同时,RXM-1离子处理剂中的高效杀菌剂可保证施工过程中基液黏度。目前,RXM-1离子处理剂在13口井进行了现场应用,应用效果良好。
In this study, the ion treatment agent RXM-1 was developed based on the characteristics of guar gum fracturing flowback fluid and the recycling-related issues in Changqing gasfield. The agent could quickly react with calcium and magnesium ions, and form watersoluble chelating polymers, this minimizes the effects of metal ions on temperature-and shear-resistant properties, prevents the formation of precipitations(harmful to reservoirs)under alkaline environments, and shields residual boron crosslinking agents. Besides, the high-performance bactericide in RXM-1 could prevent the decrease in the viscosity of the base fluid during the construction. To date, RXM-1 has been applied to 13 wells, and has performed well.
