摘要 目前,长庆油田所开发"三低"老油藏面临含水不断上升,杂质含量增加的现状,大量高含水采出液对后期油品处理及加工造成巨大压力。其中,油气水分离是一项技术要求高,至关重要的复杂工艺。第三采油厂Z1联合站内所采用的HXS 3.0X12.4-0.6-Y型高效油气水三相分离器是集两相分离、三相分离、电脱水分离为一体的高科技、高技术处理设备,其分离效果直接影响后端原油处理流程的运行,该文重点分析其运行参数的确定、主要受控因素以及存在问题和所进行的优化措施,为满足原油净化要求提出建设性改进。 At present, the "three low" old reservoir developed by Changqing oilfield is facing the current situation of increasing water content and increasing impurity content. A large number of high water cut production fluids cause great pressure on later oil processing and processing. Among them, oil and gas water separation is a high technical requirement and a very important complex process. HXS 3.0X12.4-0.6-Y type oil gas water separator third oil production plant of Z1 station is used in phase separation, phase separation, electric dehydration as one of the high-tech processing equipment, the separation effect of crude oil process directly affects the back-end operation.This paper focuses on the analysis of the operating parameters, determine the main controlling factors and the existing problems and optimization measures carried out, in order to meet the requirements of constructive improvement of crude oil purification.
