电化学装置在压裂返排液处理中的应用

摘要 电化学装置利用油气田压裂返排液高矿化物、高氯离子的水质特点,发生电化学反应,有效地去除了影响返排液处理后重新配液的有害成分。该装置对返排液细菌去除率达到99.8%以上,将黏度从5 mPa·s^8 Pa·s降至2 mPa·s以下,COD去除率约30%,对钙镁离子、残余的交联剂和破胶剂也有一定的去除效果。 The electrochemical device utilizes the water quality characteristics of the high salinity and high chloride ions in the fracturing fluid flowback of oil and gasfield. The harmful components that affect the re-liquiding after the fracturing treatment were effectively removed by the electrochemical reaction. The removal rate of bacteria was above 99.8 %, the viscosity decreased from 5 mPa·s^8 mPa·s to 2 mPa·s, COD removal rate of about 30 %.Calcium magnesium ions, residual crosslinking agent and gel breaker are also partially removed.
