摘要
宁夏石化公司炼油厂催化装置CO余热锅炉炉水分析数据波动较大,合格率低于90%。经过外出考察交流,水汽系统试用新型炉水处理剂代替当前使用的磷酸三钠药剂,试用期间炉水合格率有所提高,达到预期效果,对装置平稳运行起到了一定的作用。
In the FCC unit of refining plant, Ningxia petrochemical company, the analysis data of CO waste heat boiler water fluctuated greatly, and the qualified rate was lower than90 %. After the expedition and exchange, the new treatment agent was tried in the water vapor system of the boiler in order to replace the current use of three sodium phosphate. During the probation period, the water qualified rate improved, the trial achieved the desired effect, and played a certain role in the smooth operation of the refinery catalytic device.
