摘要 柴油是轻质石油产品,复杂烃类,碳原子数为10-22,为柴油机燃料。与汽油相比,柴油能量密度高,燃油消耗率低,但废气中含有有害成分较多。柴油使用性能中最重要的是着火性和流动性,凝点是评定柴油流动性的重要指标,它表示燃料不经加热而能输送的最低温度。在实际应用中,柴油在低温下会析出晶体,晶体长大到一定程度就会堵塞滤网,因此能快速准确的测定出柴油的凝点对指导装置生产具有重要意义。 Diesel which is a kind of light petroleum product and complex hydrocarbons, containing about 10 to 22 carbon atoms, is called diesel fuel. Compared with gasoline, the energy density is high and the fuel consumption is low, but the exhaust contains more harmful ingredients. The most important things in diesel performance are ignitability and liquidity,while the freezing point is an important index for evaluating diesel liquidity, which represents the lowest temperature that can be transported without heating. Diesel will crystallize out at low temperatures in practise, and then it will block the filter when growing up to a certain extent. Therefore, it is of great significance to determine the freezing point of diesel quickly and accurately for production.
