入厂煤全水分损失在采制化过程中的影响因素及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 根据全水分每降低1%,就会使入厂煤的平均收到基低位发热量升高超过200 J/g;为准确测定入厂煤的全水分,通过对机械化采制样设备运行磨损情况、制样工作流程、煤样储存方法等存在问题的分析,提出对采样机械的定期检定、维修及改造、制样流程的优化、煤样密封储存方法及全水分的补正等改进措施,减少了企业的经济损失。 1% reduction of total moisture will make the net calorific value as received basis increase by 200 J/g.In order to accurately identify the total moisture of as-received coal,analysis are done on the wearing situation of sampling devices,sampling processes and storage method for coal sampling.Improved measures are put forward correspondingly,including periodical inspection,maintenance and transformation on the sampling devices,optimizing the sampling process and sealed storage for coal samples etc.so as to reduce economic loss of enterprises.
