摘要
目的观察芪参还五胶囊对冠心病大鼠血脂水平的影响,探讨其防治冠心病的相关机制。方法将60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为2组,正常对照组15只,造模组45只。造模组采用喂食高脂饲料联合垂体后叶注射液腹腔注射的方法制备冠心病大鼠模型,造模后造模组剩余40只大鼠随机分为模型对照组,芪参还五胶囊低、中、高剂量组,每组各10只,另设正常对照组10只。芪参还五胶囊低、中、高剂量组分别予芪参还五胶囊0.125、0.25、0.5 g/(kg·d)灌胃给药,正常对照组及模型对照组分别予0.9%氯化钠注射液10 m L/kg灌胃,均每日1次,共4周。采用全自动生化分析仪检测5组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]水平。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组及芪参还五胶囊低、中、高剂量组TC、LDL-C、TG、LP(a)水平均升高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,芪参还五胶囊低、中、高剂量组TC、LDL-C、TG水平降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05),LP(a)水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。与芪参还五胶囊低剂量组相比,芪参还五胶囊中、高剂量组TC、LDL-C、TG水平降低(P<0.05),HDL-C、LP(a)水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。与芪参还五胶囊中剂量组相比,芪参还五胶囊高剂量组TG水平降低(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、LP(a)水平均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论芪参还五胶囊可调节冠心病大鼠脂质代谢,有利于冠心病的防治。
Objective To observe the effects of Qishen-huanwu capsule on the level of serum lipid in rats with coronary heart disease( CHD),and explore its mechanism of prevention and treatment of CHD. Methods 60 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups,15 rats in the normal control group and 45 ratsin the model group. The model group was treated by high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of Pituitrin to establish the rat model of CHD,and then the model rats were randomly divided into model control group,the low,middle and high dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule groups,10 rats in each group,another 10 rats were selected as the normal control group. The low,middle,and high dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group were respectively given Qishen-huanwu capsule by 0. 125 g/( kg·d),0. 25 g/( kg·d) and 0. 5 g/( kg·d). The normal control group and model control group were given 0. 9% sodium chloride injection gavage by 10 m L/kg,once a day for 4 weeks. The levels of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) and Lipoprotein alpha [LP( a) ] were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of TC,LDL-C,TG and LP( a) increased in the model control group,the low,middle,and high dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group( P < 0. 05),and the level of HDL-C reduced( P < 0. 05). Compared with the model control group,the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG decreased in the low,middle,and high dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group( P < 0. 05),and the level of HDL-C increased( P < 0. 05),the LP( a) had no obvious changes( P> 0. 05). Compared with the low dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group,the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG decreased in the middle and high dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group( P < 0. 05),and the levels of HDL-C and LP( a)had no obvious changes( P > 0. 05). Compared with the middle dose of Qishen-huanwu capsule group,the level of TG reduced( P < 0. 05),the levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and LP( a) had no obvious changes( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Qishen-huanwu capsule can regulate lipid metabolism of rats,and it is conducive to the prevention and treatment of CHD.
