摘要 目的探究SYSMEX UF-1000i尿有形成分分析仪(简称UF-1000i)细菌信息在尿路感染(UTI)筛查中的应用价值。方法收集上海中医药大学附属龙华医院2016年4月27日—9月14日门诊与住院的314例患者清洁中段尿标本,同时做微生物培养和UF-1000i检测,比较分析UF-1000i细菌信息Rods和Cocci/Mixed与微生物培养结果。结果 UF-1000i细菌信息Rods预测杆菌的诊断敏感性为76.8%,阳性预测值为70.0%;Cocci/Mixed预测球菌/混合菌的诊断敏感性为38.1%,阳性预测值为16.3%。结论 UF-1000i提示Rods时,可初步鉴别细菌类型,对UTI早期筛查、指导临床合理应用抗菌药物、缩短治疗时间有一定价值;而提示Cocci/Mixed时,结果尚不能用于临床。 Objective To evaluate the bacteriological information of SYSMEX UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer in screening urinary tract infections(UTI).Methods A total of 314 specimens of midstream urine were collected from outpatients and inpatients in Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 27 to September 14,2016. These specimens of midstream urine were determined by microbiological culturing and UF-1000i. The results of Rods and Cocci/Mixed information of UF-1000i were compared with those of microbiological culturing. Results The sensitivity and positive predictive value of Rods in predicting negative bacillus were 76.8% and 70.0%,respectively. The sensitivity and positive predictive value of Cocci/Mixed in predicting positive coccus or mixed infection were 38.1% and 16.3%,respectively. Conclusions When UF-1000i indicates Rods,it can distinguish the types of bacteria preliminarily,guide the rational use of antibiotics in clinic and shorten the duration of treatment. When UF-1000i indicates Cocci/ Mixed,the results are diverse and are needed to be improved.
