摘要 目的:研究合欢花镇静催眠活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和制备HPLC等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从合欢花乙酸乙酯萃取部位和大孔树脂柱70%洗脱部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别为山柰酚(1)、槲皮素(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、3,7-dimethyloct-1-en-3,6,7-triol(4)、α-波甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、槲皮素3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(7)、julibroside A3(8)、adianthifolioside A(9)和julibrosideⅢ(10)。结论:单萜化合物4为首次从合欢属中分离得到,三萜皂苷化合物9、10为首次从合欢花中分离得到。 Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the extract with sedative and hypnotic activity from flower of Albizia julibrissin. Method : The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC, respectively. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the extracts with ethyl acetate and from the elute with macroporous resin-70% ethanol fractions. Their structures were identified as kaempferol(1), quercetin(2), 3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(3), 3,7-dimethy loct-1-en-3,6,7-triol(4), α-spinasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(6), quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(7), julibroside A3(8), adianthifolioside A(9),and julibroside Ⅲ(10). Conclusion: Monoterpenoid compound 4 was obtained from genus Albizia for the first time, triterpene saponins 9, 10 were isolated from flower of Albizia julibrissin for the first time.
