摘要
客车的动态特性决定了客车的舒适性、行驶安全性,并且影响着零部件的使用寿命。针对某混合动力客车的动态特性,创建该混合动力客车的车身骨架有限元模型,进行模态分析,得到车体固有频率和振型;以发动机振动为激励,进行谐响应分析,监测并得到车身不同位置的振动响应数据;为后续优化车身结构、解决车身振动问题提供参考。
Dynamic characteristics of a bus determine the comfort of the passenger car,driving safety,and affect the life of the component.Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of a hybrid passenger car,the finite element model of the HEV Bus body frame was established,and modal response analysis was carried out to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode.With the vibration of the engine as excitation,the harmonic response analysis and monitoring were performed to obtain the vibration response data of different positions of the vehicle body.It provides a reference for further optimizing the vehicle body structure and solving the vibration problems of the vehicle body.
