摘要
我国2009年新医改以来,医疗、医保和医药改革不断推进,取得了很大成绩。但是,医改的渐进性、复杂性与长期性是不言而喻的,借鉴发达国家的实践经验有着重要的意义。瑞典是社会保障北欧模式的代表,其医疗保障制度是地方政府为运营主体的免费医疗制度,非常独特。本文较详细地考察了瑞典的医疗保障制度,以期能为我国的医改提供可资借鉴的经验。
China launched its new medical system reform in 2009, and it promoted its medical, medical insurance and medicine reform since then and achieved great outcomes. It's known that the medical reform has to proceed step by step and is complex in the long term. It's important that China can learn from the experience of developed countries. Sweden is a representative of north-Europe social insurance system. Its free medical insurance system is operated by local government and is unique. The thesis extensively explores the Sweden medical insurance system and expect it may present some reference for China medical reform.
