一种消费级选区激光烧结尼龙12材料的拉伸性能及应用探究

摘要 为了确认一种消费级选区激光烧结尼龙12复合材料的拉伸性能,我们采用GB/T 1040.2-2006标准对其进行拉伸实验得到其拉伸强度数值,并将其与已知的选区激光烧结尼龙12拉伸强度进行对比。发现该消费级材料拉伸强度相较于实验室制备的尼龙12试件总体相近但是略低,不适合于拉伸强度要求较高的工作环境。但鉴于其消费级定位,可作为快速模型制造手段为教育和设计提供一种材料选择。 In order to confirm the tensile properties of a consumption-level selective laser sintered nylon 12 composite, the ten-sile strength value of the composite was obtained by GB/T 1040.2-2006 standard. The tensile strength of Nylon 12 was compared with that of selective laser sintered nylon 12. It was found that the tensile strength of the consumption-level material was similar but slightly lower than that of the Nylon 12 specimen prepared in the laboratory, so it was not suitable for the working environment with higher tensile strength. However, in view of its consumption level positioning, it can be used as a rapid model manufacturing means to provide a material choice for education and design.
