硅烷偶联剂和有机硅树脂协同改性对水性涂料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 文章利用KH560和有机硅树脂作为改性剂,通过对KH560含量、有机硅树脂含量和干燥时间三个因素进行正交实验,找到能改善水性木器涂料性能的方法。实验表明,有机硅树脂的含量对涂层性能影响程度最大。在40℃烘箱中干燥20min,KH560含量设定为2%,有机硅树脂含量从0增加到1%时,水性木器涂层的硬度为H,附着力变化不大,都是1级。继续增加有机硅树脂含量至5%时,涂层硬度下降至4B,附着力下降到4级。光泽度表明,有机硅树脂含量对水性木器涂层光泽度的改变没有较大作用。 By using KH560 and silicone resin as modifiers, the orthogonal experiments were carried out on three factors: KH560 content, organic silicone resin content and drying time. To find a way to improve the performance of waterborne wood coatings. The results show that the content of silicone resin has the greatest influence on the coating properties. When the content of KH560 was set to 2% and the content of silicone resin increased from 0 to 1% in the oven at 40℃ for 20 min, the hardness of the waterborne wood coating was H, and the adhesion of the coating changed little, all of which were of grade 1. When the content of silicone resin continues to increase to 5%, the hardness of the coating decreases to 4B and the adhesion decreases to grade 4. The gloss shows that the content of silicone resin has no effect on the gloss of waterborne wood coating.
