摘要
目前钻井平台使用的某公司UDBE型钻井绞车液压刹车为气-液共同控制,由于气源的不稳定性,导致控制系统故障,直接影响刹车的的可靠性。改造钻井绞车刹车控制系统,由系统自给的压力油源替代气源,提高了刹车的可靠性。
At present, the hydraulic brake of UDBE type drilling winch used in the drilling platform is controlled jointly by gas- liquid. Because of the instability of gas source, the failure of the control system will directly affect the reliability of the brake. The brake control system of drilling winch was reformed to replace the gas source by the self-contained pressure oil source of the system, and the reliability of the brake was improved.
