摘要 技术发展越来越快,在锅炉技术研究上,也实现了质的突破,有效解决了一些锅炉运行难题,保证了锅炉使用效率。影响锅炉使用效果的主要原因有两方面,一个是排烟损失较大的问题,另外就是不完全燃烧固体热损失问题,只有全面解决好这两大难题,才能有效提升锅炉使用效率,确保锅炉运行的经济性,节省成本,维护企业经济效益。只有精准找到根源,才能综合分析并通过良好的技术措施合理解决并加以改进。文章主要通过对锅炉运行调整技术总结探讨,进一步提出了降低能耗、保证效率的良好措施与方法,以此全面获得锅炉运行的最大经济效益。 Technology is developing more and more rapidly. In the research of boiler technology, it has also achieved a break-through in quality, effectively solving some difficult problems with boiler operation and ensuring the boiler efficiency. There are two main factors that affect the effect of the use of the boiler, one is the big loss of exhaust smoke, the other being the loss of solid heat in incomplete combustion. Only when these two major problems are solved in an all-round way, it is possible to effectively im-prove the efficiency of boiler use, ensure the boiler operation economy, save costs, and maintain the economic benefits of enterprises. Only by finding the root causes accurately can we analyze and solve the problems reasonably through good technical measures and improve them. Through summing up and discussing the technology of boiler operation adjustment, this paper further puts forward some good measures and methods to reduce energy consumption and ensure efficiency, so as to obtain the maximum economic benefit of boiler operation in an all-round way.
