冷冲压模具常用金属材料及其热处理工艺研究

工业生产的很多领域都离不开模具,而模具材料是制造模具的基础。广泛使用的模具材料其种类是非常多的,我们所谓的模具材料,其内涵至少包括两个方面:一是材料的组成,也就是材料是由什么金属或其它某些物质制作而成的;二是材料获取的工艺流程,也就是制造这种材料所需采用的各种流程处理方式。只有完全地解决了这两个问题,才能得到想要的模具制造材料,做出满足实际生产需要的模具。

The connotation of the so-called mould materials in-cludes at least two aspects： one is the composition of materials. That is, the material is made from some metal or some other sub-stance; The second is the process of material acquisition, that is, the process of manufacturing this material to adopt a variety of processing methods. Only by solving these two problems completely can we get the desired mould manufacturing material and make the mould meet the actual needs of production.
