浅论小型农田水利工程的施工建设与管理

农田水利工程不仅是满足农民生产生活用水需求的重要设施,也是推动农村经济发展的基本途径,因此,加强对水利工程的施工建设与管理,能够降低自然灾害对于农业生产的影响,促进农业生产水平提升。文章将从小型农田水利工程建设与管理的重要性出发,指出当前农田水利工程建设与管理中存在的问题,并提出一些有效性措施。

Irrigation and water conservancy project is not only an important facility to meet the needs of farmers in production and daily use, but also a basic way to promote the development of rural economy. Therefore, the construction construction and man-agement of water conservancy projects should be strengthened. It can reduce the impact of natural disasters on agricultural production and promote the level of agricultural production. Starting from the importance of the construction and management of small irrigation and water conservancy projects, this paper points out the problems existing in the construction and management of the current irriga-tion and water conservancy projects, and puts forward some effective measures.
