业主方的BIM技术应用分析

文章通过对BIM技术应用的分析,阐述了业主方在BIM技术应用的重要性。基于二维图纸的平面施工,最终都会导致施工成本的增加,质量成本保障的不确定性,施工进度的不可预估性。然而BIM技术在建筑全生命周期的运用,很好地解决了诸多问题。明显提高了业主方在工程建设管理的信息化水平和效率,具有显著的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。无论是在工程建设的哪个阶段,我们必须承认,业主方才是推动BIM发展的中坚力量。

Based on the analysis of the application of BIM technology, this paper expounds the importance of owner＇s application in BIM technology. The plane construction based on two-dimensional planars will eventually lead to the increase of construction cost, the uncertainty of quality cost guarantee, and the unpredictability of construction progress. However, the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of architecture has solved many problems. It obviously improves the information level and efficiency of the owner in engineering construction management, and has remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits. No matter which stage of construction, we must admit that the owner is the main force to promote the development of BIM.
