胰腺假性囊肿作为急性胰腺炎常见的局部并发症,严重影响胰腺炎患者的生活质量。较大的囊肿常产生压迫症状而需手术治疗。全腹腔镜胰腺假性囊肿-空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术在治疗巨大胰腺假性囊肿方面具有创伤小、引流充分、恢复快等优势,但手术难度偏大。吻合口的位置选择及缝合技术均是影响术后恢复的重要因素。本文介绍的横结肠系膜后途经、倒刺线缝合胰肠、肠肠侧侧吻合等技术可为外科医师借鉴参考。

As a common local complication of acute pancreatitis , pancreatic pseudocyst seriously affects the quality of life of the patients with pancreatitis .It often presents compression symptoms such as abdominal distention , such as early satiety and nausea , which requires surgical treatment .Total laparoscopic Roux-en-Y cystojejunostomy is the ideal treatment for pancreatic pseudocyst because it offers minimal injury , quick recovery and full drainage .However, it is difficult to master.The choice of anastomotic stoma and suturing technique are crucial factors influencing the postoperative recovery .The objective of this article is to present that post-transverse approach and application of barbed wire for pancreaticojejunostomy as well as intestinal anastomotic technique , which could be a reference for the surgeon .
