高职院校学生职业发展与就业创业调研报告——以湖北生态工程职业技术学院为例的实证研究

Analysis on the Factors of Employment of Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges——An empirical study of Hubei ecological engineering college

随着国家就业体制和政策的改革,当前我国高职院校毕业生就业问题越来越受到关注,影响高职院校毕业生就业的因素问题成为促进毕业生就业的关键点。本研究以吉登斯的结构化理论为切入视角,通过对湖北生态工程职业技术学院的毕业生的问卷调查,对影响高职院校毕业生的就业的影响因素进行深入讨论,得出如下结论:高职院校毕业生在就业过程中对相应就业政策的利用率很大程度上影响了他们的就业去向;高职院校毕业生在就业过程中更多利用社会资本;用人单位对毕业生的专业技能要求不高,高职院校在对毕业生进行就业指导时应着重参考用人单位的意见。

With the reform of the national employment system and policies, the employment of graduates in higher vo- cational colleges is getting more and more attention at present. The factors affecting the employment of graduates in vocational colleges are the key points to promote the employment of graduates. This study is based on the Giddens＇ structural theory. Through the questionnaire survey of graduates of Hubei eco-engineering college, this study discus- ses the influential factors that affect the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges. Coming to the conclu- sion：The utilization rate of the employment policy of higher vocational college graduates greatly influences their em- ployment;Graduates of higher vocational colleges use social capital more in the process of employment ;The employing unit don＇t have too much professional skill requirements for graduates, therefore higher vocational colleges should emphasize the opinions of employers when conducting employment guidance for graduates.
