档案虚拟社区用户交互行为研究——基于用户调研数据分析

Research on User's Interactive Behaviors in Archive Virtual Community——Base on the Analysis of the Users' Investigation Data

本文基于用户调研数据和理论分析,研究Web2.0环境下档案虚拟社区用户的交互需求动因、交互需求特征,探讨不同用户群体的交互行为规律。最后从开展可视化个性跟踪服务、挖掘和开发用户知识资源和构建用户认知语境三个视角,研讨深化和拓展档案虚拟社区交互服务和知识共享。

The paper analyses archive virtual community users＇ interactive demand reasons, interactive de-mand characters and discusses on the interactive behavior rules of different user groups under Web2.0 based on the users＇ investigation data and theoretical analysis. Finally, Discussion on deepening and ex-panding the interactive services and knowledge sharing of archive virtual community from three perspec-tives： developing visual personality tracking service, mining and developing user knowledge resources, con-structing user cognitive context.
