Valuation movement can reflect the essential attribute of an object. Moreover, the valuation movement reveals the essential characters of electronic records, which is an important viewpoint to grasp the essence of electronic records and develop the scientific management of electronic records. This paper analyzes the valuation movement of electronic records from the vision of its information valuation and credence valuation. Thus, it achieves the management requirements of electronic records from people＇s demanding factor, with the expectation of offering reference for the scientific management of electronic records.
