老年暴发性1型糖尿病一例报道

A case report of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus in elderly people

暴发性T1DM(FT1D)起病急骤,是T1DM的一个亚型。其临床特点为短期内迅速出现的胰岛素极度缺乏引起血糖的急剧升高,伴有严重的代谢紊乱,出现严重的DKA及或伴有胰腺外分泌的受损。目前,国内有关于老年FT1D少有报道。本文报道1例近期收治老年FT1D患者,通过总结该病例的诊治过程,旨在加深临床医师对本病的认识,提高临床对FT1D救治率。

Fulminant type 1 diabetes（FT1D）is a distinct subtype of type 1 diabetes mellitus characterized by a rapid onset and an insulin deficiency resulting from almost complete destruction of pancreatic beta cells even at the disease onset.It is accompanied by severe metabolic disorders,diabetic ketoacidosis（DKA）and/or exocrine pancreas damage.At present,there are few reports on the elderly FT1D.Here we report an old FT1D patient,through summarizing the process of diagnosis and treatment,to deepen the clinician＇s awareness of the disease and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of FT1D.
