尾矿中回收铁和锡的工艺试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用高梯度磁选装置对某50 t/d选厂产生的尾矿(TFe=39.46%,Sn=0.71%)进行磁选试验研究,分析了给矿浓度、磨矿细度和磁场强度对尾矿磁选效果的影响;但由于该尾矿中锡品位较高,且有一定的回收价值,而单一磁选法又不能同时有效回收锡、铁元素;因此,本文通过重-磁联选工艺,可得锡品位为3.01%、锡回收率为38.22%的锡富中矿及铁品位为50.02%、铁回收率为71.42%的铁精矿。 The high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) experiments were carried out for the tailings ( TFe = 39.46% , Sn = 0. 71% ) from plant of 50t./d, the effect of feed ore concentration, grinding fineness and magnetic field strength on the separation efficiency were investigated. Due to the high grade tin, which has a certain value to be recovered; however, the single HGMS can' t efficiently recovery both tin and iron. Therefore, the combined process of gravity-magnetic separation was used to get the good separation indicators; respectively the grade of gravity concentrate Sn% is 3.01%, and the recovery rate is 38.22%. The grade of HGMS concentrate Fe is 50. 02%, and the recovery rate is 71.42%.
