摘要
烟尘中铜锌采用硫酸溶液浸出能够实现铜和锌的分离,在液固比(2~3∶1)、浸出温度80~90℃、浸出时间180~240 min和硫酸用量为Zn理论消耗量的1.15倍时,Cu和Zn的浸出率约为1%和84%。
The separation of copper and zinc in the fume is realized by using of sulfuric acid leaching, the leaching rate of Cu and Zn is around 1% and 84% when the liquid - solid ratio is (2 ~3:1 ) , the leaching temperature is 80 ~90℃, the leaching time is 180 ~ 240min, and the dosage of sulfuric acid is 1.15 times of the theoretical consumption of Zn.
